Family-run, fired by charcoal
We opened our doors on Wood Street in June 2026, cooking the halal, charcoal-grilled food we grew up with. Every dish is made fresh to order, from hand-skewered kebabs to warm flatbread straight off the grill.

Frequently asked questions
Is Ottomans halal?
Yes. Every dish on our menu is halal, cooked fresh to order over our charcoal grill.
I have a food allergy. Can you tell me what is in a dish?
Please call us on 020 8472 2222 before you order and our team will talk you through the ingredients and any allergens in a dish. We would rather you ask than guess.
What are your opening hours?
You'll find today's hours at the top of the page and the full week in the footer below. We're open for lunch and dinner, every day.
Where can I park?
We have free customer parking at the rear of the restaurant from 5pm daily, under a minute's walk from the door. Earlier in the day there is street parking along Wood Street and the surrounding roads, so please check the local signage for timings.
Do you do dine-in as well as takeaway?
Yes. Eat with us in the restaurant, or order ahead for collection. Everything comes off the same charcoal grill either way.
How do I order for collection?
Order on our website, choose a collection time that suits you, and we will have it ready on the grill for when you arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once you've ordered, you can follow it as it moves from Received to Confirmed, Preparing and Ready to collect, and we'll send you a text update as the kitchen moves it along.
Can I pay online, or pay when I collect?
Both. Pay securely online when you order, or choose to pay at collection and settle up when you arrive.
How do I book a table?
Use the booking wizard at /book to pick a date, time and party size, and we will hold your table.
Do you take a deposit for bookings?
For some bookings we ask for a small deposit to secure your table. If one applies to yours, the booking wizard will tell you before you confirm.
